The present invention relates to a method of preparing a functional natural dye made by fermenting medicinal herbs which are effective in skin care and skin health, the method including: primarily choosing seven or more medicinal herbs among retinispora, dried orange peel, Korean angelica root, Licorice, yellow chrysanthemum, upper leaf, Eoseongcho (Houttuynia cordata), gardenia seeds, Saururus chinensis (Lour.) Baill., Acorus calamus L., Portulaca oleracea L., Pleuropterus multiflorus Turcz., black soybean, pine needle, and Artemisia Herb which are effective in skin care and skin health to prepare an extract from the medicinal herbs; secondly mixing and fermenting the extract with lactobacillus spp. and yeast to decompose the extract into micro-particles; and thirdly dispersing a natural binder onto the micro-particles to prepare a micro-capsule. The present invention provides a natural dyeing product using functional natural dyes, the natural dyeing product containing useful components of medicinal herbs finely decomposed by the fermentation process. Therefore, the natural dyeing product using functional natural dyes may be absorbed through skin, respiratory organ, etc. to maintain skin care and skin health functionalities, may display various colors such as brown, yellowish brown, yellow and others according to component types and ratios of the medicinal herbs, may improve color fastness by a binder of contained natural components, and is formed in a microcapsule to provide a natural dyeing product in which useful components may be maintained for a long period of time. Further, the present invention also provides various functional products which may be helpful in skin care and skin health by naturally dyeing bedding, clothing, fiber fabrics, etc. |
