The present invention provides an organic light emitting device, and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic light emitting device comprises: a light emitting layer for emitting light; a wavelength converting layer for converting a wavelength of the light emitted from the light emitting layer; and a color filter layer for transmitting the light converted in the wavelength converting layer, wherein the wavelength converting layer is composed of a quantum dot, and the color filter layer is composed of a structure in which a polymer resin and a pigment are combined.
