A smart comprehensive control system for road snow removal according to the present invention comprises: multiple snow-removing vehicle terminals included in snow-removing vehicles to remove snow on a tunnel, a bridge or a road in a specific region and capable of communicating via a network; and a snow removal managing server for planning snow removal based on weather information transmitted from the outside, transmitting operation commands to the multiple snow-removing vehicle terminals according to the snow removal plan, and monitoring the operation situation of a snow removal site in real time by receiving information on the present state of snow removal transmitted from the snow-removing vehicle terminals. Accordingly, the present invention enables efficient snow removal via information sharing between a snow removal operation room and on-site participants, improves the benefit of citizens via the provision of the routes, positional information, etc. of operating vehicles to the citizens and can improve the satisfaction of snow removal via the instant receipt and instant transmission of citizen inconveniences and snow removal by introducing the smart comprehensive control system for removing snow on a road with high utility and at low costs. |
