The present invention provides a cutting-type food garbage disposer provided with a blade to cut food garbage inserted into a housing to a predetermined size, so that the food garbage is cut to the desired size and at the same time, is solidified, thereby preventing a phenomenon in which food garbage is excessively broken or cut, converted into a liquid such as gel and discharged through a sewage disposal system or the like, to cause environmental pollution or the like. In particular, the present invention provides a cutting-type food garbage disposer configured to allow the food garbage cut to a predetermined size with the blade to fall down below a rotary plate immediately after cutting the same and to remove water from the fallen food garbage and solidify the same by pressing the garbage with a rotary screw, thereby minimizing unnecessary liquefaction of the cut food garbage to solidify the food garbage as much as possible. In addition, the present invention provides a cutting-type food garbage disposer which forms a drop hole in the rotary plate below the blade and a gap with the predetermined height between the rotary plate and the housing, to cut the food garbage with the blade and separate food garbage with a size enabling free drop through the gap below the rotary plate, thereby minimizing liquefaction of the food garbage. |
