The present invention relates to an irradiation angle adjusting-type LED lighting device, comprising: an LED module; a heat radiating unit mounted on the LED module, and emitting heat generated from the LED module; and an irradiation angle adjusting unit mounted on a front side of the heat radiating unit, and adjusting a irradiation direction of light generated from the LED module. The heat radiating unit comprises: an LED mounting plate having the LED module mounted thereon; a first heat radiating fin radially extending from an upper surface of the LED mounting plate towards an upper side with a particular interval therebetween; a second heat radiating fin radially extending towards a lower side from a lower surface of the LED mounting plate; a first casing unit connected to an external surface of the first heat radiating fin, and formed in a cylindrical shape to serve as a case; a second casing unit connected to an external surface of the second heat radiating fin, and formed with a cylindrical shape to serve as the case; and a connecting unit formed in an upper end of the first heat radiating fin and directly connected to the irradiation angle adjusting unit. A heat sink may simultaneously perform a role of the case for a lighting device, so the number of components can be reduced and production processes are simplified. Also, production costs may be reduced. |
