The present invention relates to a structure assembly for forming a non-excavation tunnel and a construction method thereof. The present invention comprises: a plurality of steel pipes (10) supporting the ground; a girder insertion hole (16) connected with the outside of the steel pipe (10); a girder pressing steel plate (18) installed on one side of the girder insertion hole (16); a girder upper steel plate (22) supporting one side of the girder pressing steel plate (18); a girder supporter (24) supporting the girder upper steel plate (22); a girder lower steel plate (26) supporting one side of the girder supporter (24); a steel mold (40) installed to apply concrete inside the steel pipe (10); and a steel bar (42) installed along the girder supporter (24). Therefore, the present invention can reduce welding time of the steel pipe and the girder pressing steel plate and installation time of the girder pressing steel plate.
