The present invention provides an advertisement providing server and an advertisement providing method. The advertisement providing server can increase advertisement effect by allowing a general customer to be voluntarily exposed to an advertisement or inducing the same. The advertisement providing server includes: a communications interface connected to a user terminal to transmit and receive data; a processor performing user authentication, transmitting advertisement content matched with time to the user terminal, and providing an electronic coupon to the user terminal; a user database storing game data and user information, matching game result information calculated from the processor with the user information, and storing the matched information; an advertising agency database storing the advertisement data; and a timer providing time information to the processor so as to transmit advertising agency information, such as advertisement content, advertising agency name, or location information of an advertising agency or a branch of the advertising agency, among the advertisement data stored in the advertising agency database to the user terminal in accordance with time. |
