The present invention relates to an adhesive composition with migration resistance properties, wherein the adhesive composition has low moisture absorption and low molecular polarity by using an epoxy resin including a dicyclopentadiene structure and a phenol resin including a dicyclopentadiene structure in a main chain as a thermosetting resin of the adhesive, and has a high fracture toughness by introducing a second epoxy curing agent having a number-average molecular weight of more than 3,000. The adhesive composition is used as a cover lay film and double-sided adhesive tapes. Insulation reliability is implemented in high voltage of 30V or more, and adhesion reliability is implemented in the temperature of 200°C or more.
