A medical image compensating method is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the medical image compensating method comprises: a step of acquiring projection data for each rotation angle of a subject body; a step of acquiring movement information of the subject body for each rotation angle; and a step of moving a sinogram calculated with the projection data by a number of pixels corresponding to the movement information.
