Provided are a cosmetic composition comprising a leg bone extract from horses as an active ingredient for reducing skin wrinkles or a cosmetic composition for suppressing skin aging, and a manufacturing method of a leg bone extract from horses. The leg bone extract from horses acquired according to the present invention shows excellent antioxidant activity, an effect of reducing skin wrinkles, and an effect of suppressing skin aging.
