The present invention provides a composite electronic component capable of reducing a component mounting area in a driving power supply system and a mounting board thereof. The composite electronic component includes: a composite unit connected to an inductor comprising a magnetic main body including a coil unit and a capacitor comprising multiple dielectric layers and a ceramic main body in which a first inner electrode and a second inner electrode are laminated, wherein the first inner electrode and the second inner electrode are faced with each other across the dielectric layer; an input terminal formed on a first side in the longitudinal direction of the composite unit and connected to the coil unit of the inductor; an output terminal arranged on a second side in the longitudinal direction of the composite unit and having a first output terminal connected to the coil unit of the inductor and a second output terminal arranged on the second side in the width direction of the composite unit and connected to the first inner electrode of the capacitor; and a ground terminal arranged on the first side in the width direction of the composite unit and connected to the second inner electrode of the capacitor. The capacitor and the inductor are vertically connected, and a metal magnetic layer is inserted between the inductor and the capacitor.
