A system for manufacturing biocrude oil from coffee grounds includes a rapid pyrolysis reactor, a condenser, a feeder, a circulating fluidized bed combustor, and a coffee grounds supply device. The rapid pyrolysis reactor makes a rapid pyrolysis reaction of coffee grounds biomass. The condenser lets pyrolysis gas generated by the rapid pyrolysis reactor flow in to generate the biocrude oil. The feeder feeds fluidized sand, circulating in the rapid pyrolysis reactor, and char, accumulated after the reaction of the coffee grounds biomass. The circulating fluidized bed combustor combusts the char fed by the feeder to circulate and supply the heated fluidized sand. The coffee grounds supply device is coupled to the upper part of the rapid pyrolysis reactor to supply the coffee grounds biomass into the rapid pyrolysis reactor while rotating and distributing the coffee grounds biomass. |
