A floating offshore facility (1), which is located and used on the sea, allows a structure (20) for propulsion including a propulsion device (21) to be detachably attached thereto and operates the propulsion device (21) as a driving source for the floating offshore facility (1) arranged in the floating offshore facility (1). Therefore, the propulsion device (21), which is used from a plant and a harbor to an offshore installation place and is not required when the floating offshore facility (1) is powered on the sea, is removed from the inside of an engine room, thereby remarkably reducing the space of the engine room (10), and remarkably increasing the space of an offshore facility for production and storage. |
