The present invention is to provide an apparatus for mixing a powder-type PVC stabilizer which automatically modifies and mixes powder and thus minimizes involvement of a worker. The apparatus for mixing a powder-type stabilizer including unit devices for discharging a proper amount of each powder prepares a powder-type PVC stabilizer. The unit device includes: a base; an elastic body installed on an upper end portion of the base; a storage unit which is installed on an upper end portion of the elastic body, stores each powder, and discharges each powder to a lower side; height sensors which are located in the storage unit and sense the height of each stacked powder; a vibration means which is attached to the base and applies vibration to the storage unit; a discharge pipe which is attached to a lower portion of the storage unit and discharges the powder stacked in the storage unit; and an electronic valve which open and close the discharge pipe. The apparatus for mixing a powder-type PVC stabilizer includes a plurality of the unit devices and includes a control device, which receives signals of the height sensors included in each unit device, calculates the height of each powder, and controls a flow volume of the powder, discharged from each unit device, by individually controlling the electronic valve included in each unit device. |
