The present invention provides a producing method of a DLC/Ti electrode body for large-surface-area water treatment, which has electrochemical properties while lowering surface specific resistance by coating DLC after having a Ti: N, Ti: C: underlayer on an etched Ti base material, and changing the ratio of a sp^2 carbon structure and a sp^3 carbon structure, and has high durability and electrochemical properties by having high adhesion properties of the Ti base material and a DLC layer by the underlayer. |
