PERSONAL HEALTH TRAINING SERVICES METHOD AND SYSTEMS

Disclosed is a personal training service method capable of providing a terminal which a user holds according to the personal exercise schedule with a training motion video, recognizing the movements of the user, and correcting them. The present invention includes: a training motion video input step where the terminal of a user receives a training motion video according to the personal exercise schedule from a server; a training motion video output step where the terminal outputs the training motion video on a display unit for the user wearing a wearable device to make a user follow the training motions; a movement recognition step where the wearable device senses the movements of the user; a movement comparison step where the training motions in the outputted training motion video and the movement data sensed in the movement recognition step are compared by the wearable device to determine the similarity; and a training check step where depending on the determination in the movement comparison step, if it is determined the training is complete with the same movements as the training motions, the exercise is counted, thus, acknowledging the exercise count.
