The present invention relates to a monitoring exercise treatment and management system for providing an effective exercise program. The system comprises: a central server connected to an Internet network and a wireless communication network to enable communication with a variety of terminals; an intermediate server for a manager connected to the central server wirelessly or with a wire; an intermediate server for a trainer connected to the intermediate server for a manager; an information intermediate server connected to the intermediate server for a manager; a monitor functioning as a reader which is connected to the intermediate server for a trainer wirelessly or with a wire and is simultaneously installed in a variety of exercise machines; and a wrist sensor band in which a reading sensor and two types of heartrate measurement sensors are embedded. Therefore, the system enables effective exercise. |
