The present invention relates to a real media based remote management system for living healthy, and a method thereof. The real media based remote management system for living healthy comprises: a sensor unit which senses the state of a measured subject; an image processing unit which transmits image information by photographing the current face of the measured subject in real time; a measured subject terminal which receives the health state information of the measured subject by using a signal sensed by the sensor unit; a management server which receives and processes the health information inputted to the terminal through a wireless sensor network; a measuring subject terminal which performs serial communications with the management server, and displays measurement information such as the temperature, the blood sugar, the blood pressure, the weight, etc. of the measured subject to a measuring subject; and a wireless control unit which performs wired or wireless control between the measuring subject terminal and the management server. The remote management system and the method are provided to conveniently manage the health of the measured subject, and facilitate emergency measure to the measured subject in case of health disorder by facilitating remote treatment to the measured subjects (a senior citizen, an infirm, an aged person, etc.) who live far from a hospital or the like. |
