A cutting jig (100) for a spiral tube according to the present invention comprises: a core (110) which is inserted into a pipe-shaped material (M) and is detachably attached to a mounting bed (13) of a five-axis processing machine (1); and a cover plate (140) which is connected to the front of the core (110) to prevent the material (M) from being separated. A cutting method of a spiral tube using the cutting jig for a spiral tube according to the present invention comprises: installing the cutting jig (100) for a spiral tube in the five-axis processing machine (1); installing the pipe-shaped material (M) in the cutting jig (100) for a spiral tube; and forming a spiral groove (S) on the surface of the material (M) through cutting. Therefore, the present invention easily forms a spiral groove on the outer surface of the material through cutting by detachably attaching the material to the mounting bed of the five-axis processing machine.
