Disclosed are a multi-layered capacitor and a method for manufacturing the same. A multi-layered capacitor according to an aspect of the present invention may include a multi-layered structure part which comprises unit structures. The unit structure may include a substrate; a lower electrode layer formed on the substrate; a dielectric layer formed on the lower electrode layer and has a circular groove on the upper surface; and an upper electrode layer formed on the dielectric layer.
