<p>The invention relates to an orthopaedic device intended for being fitted on a knee joint (25), including first and second complementary bearing parts (1, 7) capable of being attached, laterally and externally, on a single side of the respective ends (6, 8) of the femur (10) and the tibia (18), such as to extend in the sagittal plane, the contact surface of the second complementary bearing part (7) forming a ramp (11) with which the contact surface (9) of the first complementary bearing part (1) is capable of engaging. According to the invention, the contour of at least one of said complementary bearing parts (1, 7) comprises at least one so-called active deformable, resilient portion (3), the outer surface of which is capable of engaging, at least when the joint (25) is in the extended position thereof, with the complementary bearing surface of the other part.</p> |
