The machine (1) has a rotor comprising an armature core (23), and an inductor constituted of a magnet (11) and surrounded by a cylindrical frame (10). The armature core is formed of laminated iron cores comprising core plates that are located at two ends of the armature core. The core plates comprise press shearing parts shearing under press of an arm forming slots of the core plates. The shearing parts are beveled under press on a burr side of the press shearing parts or on a shear settling side of the press shearing parts.
