<p>The method involves transmitting frequency shift keying type transmission sequences (31-35) with two transmission frequencies (F1, F2) towards the target for a given number of times sequence to form a cycle of repetition of the transmission frequencies. Difference between the transmission frequencies is appreciably equal to an integer number K of times of the repetition frequency, where the K is equal to or higher than 1. Measurement of distance obtained from the measurement of phase difference between the received signals respectively corresponding to the transmission frequencies. An independent claim is also included for a radar.</p> |
