<p>The invention relates to a light extractor medium (100) comprising: a substrate, which is transparent (1), having a first surface (11) and light-extraction elements (2) which are separated and connected to the first surface. Each optical element is in a non-metal medium (4) and includes a metal element (20), made of metal material, with one main surface referred to as inner surface (21) and another main surface referred to as outer surface (22) opposite the inner surface. The inner surface is hollow, thus defining a recess which is open (23) by an opening which is arranged toward the first surface or toward the opposite of the first surface, said recess consisting of so-called recess material, which is non-metal, the recess having a submicron mean width W1, a submicron mean height H1 and the metal element having a submicron mean thickness e1. W1, H1 and e1 are such that the optical element in said medium has a diffusion cross-section with resonance at a wavelength λm in the air which ranges from 380 to 780 nm.</p> |
