<p>A wire mesh cable tray comprises several longitudinal 2, 2â and U-shaped transversal 3â , 3â â wires coupled to each other to form a base surface and two lateral surfaces. The tray has two opposite ends A, B with complimentary structures to enable end A of one tray to couple with end B of another tray. At end A, the base longitudinal wires 2 and at least two lateral longitudinal wires 2â comprise: an inward bend 6, 8 before coupling with the penultimate transversal wire 3â ; and a rounded peak 7, 9 before coupling with the last transversal bar 3â . The space between the bends/peaks and the respective coupling point on the transversal wire is sufficient to accommodate a section of transversal wire. At end B, at least the last two transversal wires 3â â have: two rounded peaks 10, 11 on each vertical section, located before coupling with the lateral longitudinal wires 2â ; and downward rounded peaks 12 before coupling with the corresponding base longitudinal wires. The base longitudinal wires and at least two lateral longitudinal wires 2â comprise: an inward double bend 15, 18 before coupling with the penultimate transversal wire 3â â ; a straight section parallel to the longitudinal direction of the tray; another inward double bend 16, 19; another straight section; and an outward double bend 17, 20 before coupling with the last transversal wire 3â â .</p> |
