<p>The device (10) has closed frames (12) defining air passages (14) and a set of closing flaps (16) closing the air passages. The frames have standard parts (20) and parts (22) provided with respect to determined configuration of a motor vehicle. The parts are assembled with each other. The standard parts of the frames include lower interface elements (56, 58) for fixing the standard part on an engine and cross beams of the vehicle.
