<p>The method involves determining signal (S-corr) representing driving behavior of a driver of a motor vehicle based on acceleration of the vehicle, and an acceleration threshold value based on speed of the vehicle, using a control unit. Information indicating whether his/her driving style saves fuel based on the determined signal and acceleration threshold value, to the driver of the vehicle, is displayed on a screen (10) that is integrated with a fascia embarked on the vehicle. An independent claim is also included for a device for assisting in energy-saving driving of a motor vehicle.</p> |
