<p>The method involves initializing (100) measurement by estimating an initial clock drift between a transmitter and a receiver, and performing an iterative loop. A primary signal comprising samples is integrated by performing an integration (104) of the signal using the estimated clock drift and by coherent integrations (106, 108) using the estimated clock drift increased and decreased by a preset value. One of the integrations, which maximizes quality criterion, is selected (110). The estimated clock drift is adapted to a clock drift corresponding to the selected integration. An independent claim is also included for a device for integrating signals transmitted from a transmitter toward an ultra wide band (UWB) receiver.</p> |
