The present invention relates to Sb nanocrystals or Sb-alloy nanocrystals for a fast charging and discharging Li- and Na-ion battery anode. In addition, disclosed is a producing method of SbM_x nanocrystals comprising: a step of reducing an antimony salt and selectively an alloying metal to a hydride in an anhydrous polar solvent; a step of separating a solid product formed from the solution, preferably through centrifugation; and a step of washing the product with water. M is an element selected from the group consisting of Sn, Ni, Cu, In, Al, Ge, Pb, Bi, Fe, Co, Ga, and x is 0 <= x < 2. |
