An embodiment of the present invention discloses an organic light emitting display device which includes: a substrate which are divided into a first region and a second region; a low refraction layer arranged on the first region of the substrate; a high refraction layer which is arranged on the second region of the substrate and touches the low refraction layer; a pixel electrode which is arranged on the low refraction layer and includes a reflective layer; a pixel definition layer which is extended from the end part of the pixel electrode to the second region; an intermediate layer which is arranged on the pixel electrode and includes an organic light emitting layer; and a counter electrode which are arranged on the intermediate layer and the pixel definition layer and includes the reflective layer.
