A bioelectrode used for measuring a biosignal is disclosed. The bioelectrode may include electrodes for measuring a biosignal. The bioelectrode further includes guard parts for reducing an external noise coming into the electrodes and a shield formed in the outside of the guard parts. The electrodes and the guard parts may be arranged on a plate.
