The present invention relates to a method for transmitting a frame for interference alignment and controlling, wherein interference between multiple cells in a random access network are controlled. The method comprises the steps of: calculating a channel matrix of another base service set (BSS) by measuring channel information between an access point and a user terminal; performing a singular value decomposition (SVD) by using the calculated channel matrix; selecting a beamforming vector by considering the interference amount to another access point based on a particular value decomposition performed in the channel matrix; and calculating leakage interference (LIF) based on the selected beam forming vector.
