摘要 A pixel structure includes a substrate, a plurality of gate lines and data lines, and at least one first pixel. The gate lines and the data lines are disposed on the substrate. The first pixel includes a first electrode, a first dielectric layer and a second electrode. The first electrode is disposed on the substrate. The first dielectric layer is disposed on the first electrode, and the first dielectric layer has at least one first island structure. The second electrode is disposed on a top surface of the first island structure, and the second electrode partially exposes the top surface of the first island structure.
