(a) evaluating gene expression levels in a patient sample comprising cancer cells or an RNA sample isolated from such a patient sample, wherein a plurality of genes to be evaluated are selected from one or more of Table 2, Table 3, and Table 4; (b) calculating a predictor score using the gene expression levels; and (c) assessing the likelihood of a therapeutic outcome using the predictor score. |
