The present invention relates to a scan pin used for manufacturing 3D data in an oral environment or an oral model and, more specifically, to a scan pin for improving accuracy of an oral 3D scan and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention provides a manufacturing method of a scan pin, which comprises: a shape processing step for processing a shape of a scan pin by cutting and processing a titanium alloy material; a sanding step for roughening the surface of the shape-processed scan pin; and a thermal spray coating step for forming a matte surface layer by thermal spray coating ceramic powder on the surface of the surface-sanded scan pin. |
