The present invention relates to a method for drying and reducing organic sludge by using microorganisms. The method comprises: a fine powder cake receiving step of collecting and returning fine powder-state sludge including sewage sludge or process sludge from a generation part, and receiving the same in organic waste fermenting plant for composting; a fine powder cake spraying step of evenly scattering and mixing the received fine powder cake on organic waste standing by to be fermented; a food waste effluent spraying step of inducing a food waste effluent generated from a food waste disposing plant and evenly spraying the food waste effluent on the fine powder cake when the fine powder cake is completely sprayed; a fermenting step of performing fermentation by stationing the food waste effluent for 7-10 days while being sprayed, and reducing a water content in the fine powder cake to be 30% or less by using oxidation heat of 55-75°C generated during fermentation; and a sorting and taking out step of separating and sorting composted waste and dried organic sludge when fermentation is completed, and separately gathering and taking out only sorted organic sludge. According to the present invention, even fine powder-state organic sludge may be rapidly dried, treated, and reduced to be lightweight at inexpensive costs, so a waste treating effect is improved and national competence improvement may be promoted. |
