The present invention relates to an underwater lighting device using an LED. The underwater lighting device comprises: multiple underwater lighting units including multiple LEDs, and providing lighting in the water; multiple cable units for supplying electric power; and a connector unit for coupling the cable unit to both ends of each of the underwater lighting units, so electric power supplied from one side may be transferred to the other side through the underwater lighting device. The cable units and the underwater lighting units are linearly disposed in the water so as to be used as a lighting and an induction line during underwater operation. According to the present invention, underwater lighting units and a cable unit are separately formed, and the underwater lighting units are connected through the cable unit, so the underwater lighting units may be provided to be spaced at particular intervals from the surface of the water into the water. Accordingly, the cable unit and underwater lighting units may be used as an induction line for inducing divers, and lighting may be performed to ensure a clear view in the water.
