The present invention relates to a device for removing high nitrate recycling hydrogen and a catalyst, which can purify contaminated water with low cost and high efficiency. In addition, the present invention relates to a system for treating contaminated water, comprising: a reactor which houses contaminated water; a hydrogen injecting pipe which supplies hydrogen from a hydrogen source inside the reactor; a ammonia collecting container including a catalyst of a plate shape including a bimetallic catalyst which reduces high nitrate of contaminated water supplied to the reactor by forming a flow through being arranged inside the reactor, and sulfuric acid which collects ammonia by collecting gas from the reactor. |
