The present invention relates to a natural lighting device and, more specifically, to a natural lighting device for always vertically and upwardly reflecting light introduced by adjusting a reflection angle of a first reflection plate corresponding to azimuth and altitude of the sun through a sunlight sensor, so production costs are reduced and maintenance may be inexpensively and actively performed. According to the present invention, on an X axis, Y axis, and Z axis crossing each other, the natural lighting device is rotated about the Y axis and Z axis, and a position of the sun is traced. Thus, light is transferred to a target injection region. The natural lighting device comprises: a first reflecting unit formed to be rotated about the Z axis corresponding to the azimuth of the sun, and having a first reflecting plate formed to be rotated about the Y axis to have a reflecting angle adjusted corresponding to the azimuth and altitude of the sun changing according to time and to always vertically and upwardly reflect light introduced from the sun; and a second reflecting unit disposed in a vertical upper side of the first reflecting plate, and having a second reflecting plate for transferring light reflected from the first reflecting plate to a target injection region. The first reflecting plate has a reflecting angle identically changed with an azimuth changing angle of the sun when the azimuth of the sun is changed, and has a reflecting angle changed by 1/2 of an altitude changing angle of the sun when the altitude of the sun is changed.
