A machine for collecting and cleaning dry coffee cherries comprises a monobloc structure (I) with a plurality of tubes and welded plates that form together five different parts (2-3-4-5-6), each housing a machine assembly, starting with a drawbar (21) having a support leg (22), the height of which can be adjusted by means of a crank. The power transmission and take-off assembly (23) is mounted above the drawbar (21), inside the mounting frame (6), and has, at one end, direct coupling means to the power take-off of an ordinary tractor and, at the opposite end, shunts for actuating all the subassemblies of the machine, starting with a collecting sheet (24) and associated raising assembly (25) arranged in an inclined position between the longitudinal beams (7) of the structure (1), in the section formed by the wedge-shaped structural component (6), where the front end of the collecting sheet (24) is oriented to slide on the ground, against the ridges of coffee cherries and impurities to be collected and processed, while the other, higher end, is provided with two lateral suction ducts (26) for cleaning, and ends inside a reversed discharge opening (27) which is, in turn, located inside the structure (3), on a shaking, branch disentangling and branch stripping assembly (28), and conveys backwards the processed material, causing it to slide on a set of vibrating screens, including a top, shorter screen (29) and a bottom, longer screen (30), such that the first screen ends under a suction box (4) and the second screen extends under the suction box (4) and ends at a clean coffee bean transversal conveying trough (31), one end of which is connected to a clean coffee cherry bucket elevator (32) to which the coffee cherries are transferred and the top end of which ends at a discharge spout (33) oriented towards the inside of a tilting container (34) for storing the clean coffee cherries. |
