According to the present invention, an apparatus for recording an image for a vehicle using a two-channel wide-angle lens camera comprises: a first fisheye camera directed to a front side of a vehicle and mounted on an upper side of the vehicle to photograph an omnidirectional image; a second fisheye camera directed to a rear side of the vehicle and mounted on the upper side of the vehicle to photograph an omnidirectional image; and an image editing unit which is connected to the first and the second fisheye camera, corrects distortion of the images photographed by the first and the second fisheye camera, and collects images of overlapping portions of the images photographed by the first and the second fisheye camera to generate a panoramic view. A user is provided with accurate omnidirectional images including images while driving and images of an accident. |
