The present invention relates to a compound represented by chemical formula 1 which can be used in preventing or treating diseases caused by abnormal activity of prolyl-tRNA synthetase (PRS) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a producing method thereof and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same. In chemical formula 1, n, R1, R1′, R2, R3 and Y are as defined in the specification.
