The present invention relates to a quick coupler rapidly and easily connecting an attachment to an arm of an excavating equipment, and preventing an adventitious separation of the attachment without a safety pin and, more specifically, relates to a quick coupler including a safety device using a spur gear and a screw to allow the attachment to only be separated when a user intends to separate the attachment to prevent the attachment from being adventitiously separated from the arm of the excavating equipment while working, thus securing safety and convenience. The quick coupler comprises: a gear box device (45) where a hydraulic motor (37) is mounted; and a screw rod (31) moving a movement hook (19). The gear box device (45) comprises: a motive spur gear (35); and a slave spur gear (36).
