1. An imaging lens comprising:
a first lens group having positive refracting power, a second lens group having negative refracting power and a third lens group having positive refracting power disposed in order from an object side, wherein at least one positive lens comprises the second lens group; wherein the first lens group and the third lens group are fixed and the second lens group moves to a focusing side in focusing from infinity to a close object; and wherein the imaging lens satisfies conditional expressions (1) and (2) below.
