The present invention relates to a tablet coating agent composition using a vascularization inhibiting effect of black rice extract, and a use of the same. A coating pill including cancer or vascularization-related disease treating component in a tablet having one or more coating layers containing a black rice extract is produced, so a synergy or supplementing effect is exhibited and a convenience of taking black rice extract, anticancer agent, or vascularization-related disease treating agent as one tablet is provided. Black rice extract and treating components are respectively separated into a coating layer and a tablet inner side, so an interaction between each component is prevented and interference to the properties of the tablet inner side such as slowly-released tablets and enteric-coated tablets can be minimized. Accordingly, the tablet coating agent composition according to the present invention may be usefully applied to a pharmaceutical composition for treating a patient having a disease such as cancer, senile macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy related to excessive vascularization. |
