1. A fluid ejecting apparatus comprising:
a carriage unit in which a fluid supply unit is configured to be arranged; and a wiring cable configured to transmit an electrical signal to the fluid supply unit, the carriage unit comprising: a fluid supply unit arranging region in which the fluid supply unit is configured to be arranged; a connector unit configured to be in electrical contact with the fluid supply unit; and a wiring base configured to be electrically connected to the connector unit, the wiring base comprising: an electrode portion electrically connected with the connector unit, the electrode portion being formed on a base face of the wiring base, the base face facing the fluid supply unit arranging region; and a cable connection portion electrically connected with the electrode portion and the wiring cable, the cable connection portion being formed on the face of the wiring base, wherein, in a state where the fluid supply unit is arranged in the fluid supply unit arranging region, a first direction is defined as a direction which goes toward the fluid supply unit arranging region from the wiring base and a second direction is defined as a direction which goes toward the cable connection portion from the electrode portion, the wiring base is overlapped with the fluid supply unit when viewed along the first direction, and a width of the wiring base in the second direction is the same as a width of the fluid supply unit arranging region in the second direction, or is smaller than the width of the fluid supply unit arranging region in the second direction. |
