The present invention relates to a device for loading and unloading freight for a vehicle and, more specifically, relates to a device for loading and unloading freight for a vehicle, in case of transporting freight to a loading container of a vehicle or an internal side of a container, which can simply load the freight in a lump without getting on and off a vehicle. To achieve this, the present invention comprises: a base unit; a plate unit installed in an upper portion of the base unit; and an operation unit operating the plate unit.
