摘要 The present invention relates to a multifunctional novel Lactobacillus sakei K040706 and a culturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a Lactobacillus sakei K040706 having multifunction of an immune-enhancing function and improvement of functions and quality of foods, use of the same, and a special culturing method for increasing a fungus body. The Lactobacillus sakei K040706 has an immune-enhancing ability such as increasing an NO producing ability of macrophages, and has high applicability for improving functions and quality of fermented products, thereby being useful in manufacturing foods, pharmaceutical probiotics for intestinal regulation, compositions for feeds, and fermented products using the same.
