The present invention relates to a safety device for getting on and off a vehicle having a restoring force and an automobile comprising the same. More specifically, the safety device for getting on and off a vehicle comprises: a main body unit (100) comprising a shaft (110) disposed therein and rotated by a motor; and a guide display unit (200) connected to one side of the shaft (100) to be moved. The safety device for getting on and off a vehicle is mounted on a side of a vehicle to notify danger. The guide display unit (200) comprises: a first connection unit (210) mounted on the shaft (110); a second connection unit (220) hinge-mounted on the first connection unit (210); a guide display plate (230) mounted on the second connection unit (220); and an elastic member (240) to supply a restoring force to a portion where the first connection unit (210) and the second connection unit (220) are connected to each other, and push the second connection unit (220) to one side. When the second connection unit (220) is moved to the other side by an external force, the second connection unit (220) returns to an original position by the elastic member (240). The safety device can be mounted and detached to facilitate partial replacement when damaged. Most of all, the guide display unit (200) moves first, and then is bent when pushed by an external force. Then, the guide display unit (200) returns to the original position by the elastic member (240) to prevent damage to increase economic efficiency. |
