1. A filter unit for a capsule for preparing a beverage and/or nutritional product, the filter unit comprising:
an upper casing comprising a liquid inlet; a lower casing comprising a liquid outlet; a filter provided between the upper casing and the lower casing; and a liquid delivery portion for delivering a liquid received from the liquid outlet; and wherein an interface of the upper casing and the lower casing is liquid-tightly sealed with an over-moulded ring.
